The user Perception of the design and default theme of Windows 7 is mainly positive. Every operating system on the other hand has users that love to customize the design by installing new themes and changing system files which often results in a unique design that does not look like all the others out there. We have covered some tools from basic Windows 7 personalization , over replacing the Windows 7 start menu to customizing the Windows 7 logon screen in the past that can be used to replace standard Windows 7 design elements.
